Tim Shipskie is the owner of Davenport Homes on Saint Simons Island and has over thirty years of experience in all aspects of the building industry. Davenport Homes is a husband-and-wife team specializing in designing, building, and selling stunning homes. Tim holds numerous certifications and awards and is passionate about building high quality professional dream homes. Tim’s dedication to the coastal community reflects in his participation in numerous community-oriented projects such as Habitat for Humanity and GICCA.

Ken Rogers is the owner of Rogers Construction on St. Simons Island. More than simply a builder, Ken is also a local artist, a former professional baseball player, an engineer, and the author of a book on homebuilding. His extensive expertise in structure, design, and aesthetics is evident in the enduring beauty and quality of the custom homes he creates. With over thirty-five years of dedication to the craft, Ken has left a lasting impact on the Coastal Georgia homebuilding industry.

Cliff was born and raised in Glynn County and began in the construction industry at 16. In addition to owning Woodman Builders, Inc., for the past 14 years he has worked on numerous TV shows as a Senior Build Producer and has gained extensive knowledge working with Contractors and Municipalities around the Country. He is also currently serving as the Chairman of Glynn County Board of Appeals.

As a 5th generation family member in building supply, Ryan has been around construction his entire life. Joining his father’s business at Lang Building Supply in 2021, he started his journey in the Coastal Georgia market. With an eye for architecture and design, his focus is custom homes in the Golden Isles and multi-family developments throughout the southeast. Ryan’s favorite parts of his job are being the meeting point for builders and homeowners, helping make dreams into reality, and keeping new developments moving in the right direction.
